What is Lipozene?

Lipozene is a natural supplement extracted from the konjac root and used by people to lose weight. In addition, it offers to lower cholesterol, normalize blood glucose, reduce stress on the pancreas and lower blood cholesterol levels.

What are the ingredients of lipozene?

The main component of lipozene is glucomannan, which is an insoluble dietary fibre obtained from the root of a plant commonly called konjac.

Glucomannan is a polysaccharide chain of beta D-glucose. And beta D-mannose with some acetyl groups. Neither salivary amylase nor pancreatic amylase can break this chain of polysaccharides. So it reaches the colon unchanged and without the possibility of absorption. The colon is fermented by the microbiota, changing its molecular weight, increasing its weight in water up to 50 times, being one of the most vicious fibre products known.

Additionally, lipozene contains gelatin, magnesium silicate, and stearic acid, although none of these can aid in weight loss.

Where does glucomannan come from?

Glucomannan comes from the roots of the konjac plant native to Southeast Asia, from Japan and China to southern Indonesia. Lipozene contains glucomannan, which is a soluble fibre and is the only active compound in this supplement.

What properties does glucomannan have?

This soluble fibre has an extraordinary ability to absorb water. A capsule can turn a full glass of water into a gel. Due to its powerful gelling capacity, it remains commonly used by the food industry to thicken and emulsify various foods.

Furthermore, due to its ability to absorb water, glucomannan has many health benefits such as weight loss, reduced constipation, reduced blood glucose levels, and reduced cholesterol levels.

Its effectiveness has remained studied in children, but studies have not been very satisfactory

Does Lipozene help you lose weight?

Lipozene is used to lose weight since it is an insoluble fibre that absorbs a large amount of water and waste at the intestinal level, which results in an improvement in blood glucose and cholesterol levels and a delay in the absorption of food which can remain reflected in weight loss.

Does Lipozene have a rebound effect?

Lipozene diet pills may have a rebound effect when discontinued. The fundamental idea of any medical treatment to lose weight is to change lifestyle habits with healthy eating habits and physical exercise to maintain the final body weight. After medical treatment, if you retain poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle, your body weight increases again.

How does Lipozene help in weight loss?

According to various studies, people who consume a recommended amount of fibre tend to lose weight and have an adequate intestinal function. In this case, the effects on weight reduction attributed to glucomannan may be due to the following mechanisms:

Increases the feeling of fullness: once the Lipozene capsule reaches your stomach, it begins to absorb water and form a gel that expands through it. It will have the effect that you eat smaller amounts of food, feeling great satiety. In addition, this gel slows down the speed of gastric emptying, making this satiety effect last longer, thus preventing you from feeling hungry in a short time.

It is low in calories: capsules by delivering a low-calorie intake, but occupying an essential portion of your stomach, will help you reduce the total calories you consume for each mealtime. In addition, it can reduce the absorption of other nutrients such as protein and fat, so it will also decrease the number of calories that remain absorbed from this type of

Promotes intestinal health: due to its significant contribution to fibre, Lipozene reduces constipation and promotes proper intestinal function. As a side effect, weight loss in most people who remain not used to fibre consumption.

What are the health benefits of Lipozene?

Many studies have remained conducted on the various beneficial effects soluble fibre has on people’s health. Lipozene being a supplement rich in this type of fibre, can present these potential effects on your body:

Reduces constipation:

If you are one of those who have difficulty going to the bathroom and constantly feel bloated, the contribution of soluble fibre can solve this problem. Eating 1 gram of glucomannan three times a day will help you with this uncomfortable condition.

Lower risk of developing diseases

Lipozene specifically can help you lower blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Therefore, it reduces the risk factors for heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Improves intestinal health

Glucomannan has prebiotic properties. Therefore it feeds the beneficial bacteria of the intestine, contributing to the proper functioning of the digestive system, thus preventing diseases.

What are the benefits of Lipozene and its contraindications?

Lipozene weight loss pills have remained reported to benefit blood lipid levels, such as cholesterol and a noticeable decrease in glucose. It occurs because it slows down the absorption of food at the intestinal level. As it is an insoluble fibre, it captures water and other elements that later cannot be absorbed.

Contraindications are allergies to the natural product and intestinal transit problems, which can cause undesirable changes when taking this type of insoluble fibre.

How does Lipozene work?

There are controversial data on the possible weight loss effect that Lipozene can cause. Some studies have revealed imperfect and transitory results. Research on a larger scale involving many people and for a long time is required to verify its beneficial effects.

How to take Lipozene

If you intend to start these capsules, it is essential to know how Lipozene remains appropriately taken. The nape dose should exceed six capsules daily, taken in divided two before each main meal. They should always remain taken with plenty of water, one or two glasses.

What is the dose of lipozene?

The recommended dose of lipozene is two capsules 30 minutes before a meal with at least 230 ml of water to allow the gel to form in your stomach. It remains repeated three times a day, taking a maximum of 6 capsules daily.

Most people well tolerate Lipozene. However, some report nausea, an upset stomach, diarrhoea, or constipation. It may be because the gel formed occupies a large part of the stomach’s gastric capacity, producing the sensation of an upset stomach and nausea.

Side effects of lipozene

Lipozene pills have few side effects since it is insoluble fibre, it remains not absorbed, and there are no effects on the rest of the body.

The only precaution is in the chaos of chronic intestinal diseases and a history of gastrointestinal obstructive problems. It is essential to consult your doctor if it is appropriate to start this treatment.

As it is a significant contribution of fibre, it could cause diarrhoea or otherwise constipation (due to high fibre consumption without accompanying it with the appropriate amount of water ). None of these problems is severe. You can reduce the dose or increase the amount of water, depending on the case.

If you take other medications, especially those for diabetes, I advise you to consult your doctor before taking Lipozene. The effectiveness of the drug could remain reduced by blocking its absorption.

Does Lipozene work?

Lipozene to lose weight works by delaying or slowing down the intestinal absorption of food. However, its effect on weight is achieved with a balanced diet and an exercise program, since by discontinuing its use, there is no guarantee of maintaining a low weight.

Although scientific studies have contradictory results on its benefit in weight, it could remain used in conjunction with a regimen to improve lifestyle and eating habits.
